Double quote CSV mode.  

Tool: Delete column of delimited text.

Purpose: Delete column of delimited text across multiple lines. Instructions: Load working-text, enter column delimiter into "Columns are delimited by" field, enter column number to delete into "Column number to delete" field and click "Delete column of text" button. Check "Double quote CSV mode" to enable double quote CSV format (i.e. "a","b","c") to function. Example:

Enter delimiter - and column number 2, click "Delete column of text" button to delete the center column leaving:
